The QNAP HS-210 hibernated properly when using both the WD Red and Seagate NAS drives, consuming just 1W. Additionally, device only pulled 14W at idle when equipped with the WD drives – less than both the TS-220 and TS-221 – while its idle figure jumped to 18W with Seagate’s drives. When WD’s Red drives were active, the HS-210 drew 17W and Seagate’s NAS drives nudged that to 21W.
