Oneplus 2 Review Camera

On the front is a 5-megapixel 1/4" OmniVision OV5648 CMOS sensor with 1.4 µm pixels, paired with an f/2.4 lens. This camera captures 2592 x 1944 photos in a native 4:3 aspect ratio. After using the OnePlus 2’s camera for a couple of weeks, my main thoughts are that it’s good without being outstanding. There is very stiff competition from the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the LG G4 in the smartphone camera space, and from what I’ve seen from the OnePlus 2, the camera isn’t good enough to reach the same levels as either of those devices....

Oppo Unveils Find N2 And Find N2 Flip To Compete With Samsung Rivals

The original Oppo Find N arrived last year as a rival to Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 3. Its successor, going up against the excellent Galaxy Z Fold 4, cuts down on its predecessor’s thickness and weight. At 233g, it’s 30 grams lighter than Samsung’s device; there are matte white and mint green versions that weigh 4 grams more because of their glass backs. Like the Z Fold 4, the Find N2 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC....

Parler Says Kanye West Is No Longer Buying The Company

Parler’s parent company Parlement Technologies said in October that it had entered into an agreement in principle for the musician to acquire the “pioneering uncancelable free speech platform” for an undisclosed amount. The deal was expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022, but it has now been called off. “Parlement Technologies has confirmed that the company has mutually agreed with Ye to terminate the intent of sale of Parler,” the company said in a statement....

Pcie 7 0 Standard With Up To 512 Gb S Of Bandwidth Now In Development

At the PCI-SIG Developers Conference 2022, taking place in California, the future version of the PCIe specification was announced. This comes after the consortium released the final PCIe 6.0 specification in January. As with previous generations, PCIe 7.0 doubles the bandwidth of its predecessor, from 64 GT/s to 128 GT/s, equal to up to 512GB/s of bi-directional throughput (before taking into account encoding overhead and header efficiency) via the x16 connection....

Place A Fully Functional Recycle Bin On Your Windows 7 Taskbar

Try as you may, ignoring this lone icon is impossible. Sure, you can hide it in just a few seconds, but at the cost of losing quick access to deleted files. You could also drag the Recycle Bin icon to the taskbar, but then it will appear pinned under Windows Explorer – requiring an extra click to open and offering half the functionality. In this tip, we will show you one method of bringing a fully functional Recycle Bin to your Windows 7 Taskbar, so you can clear off your desktop once and for all with little to no compromise....

Playerunknown S Battlegrounds Graphics Performance Revisited 44 Gpus Tested Benchmarks Very Low 1080P

The much loved 750 Ti did fine to render 46fps and was actually playable. The RX 550 and GT 1030 still can’t provide playable performance at 1080p even using the lowest possible quality settings. The once mighty GTX 580 matched the GTX 760 and was actually slower than the GTX 660 Ti. The GTX 780 Ti did surprisingly well given how poorly it has aged in more advanced modern titles....

Playerunknown S Battlegrounds Mini Test

What has made Battlegrounds so popular? I think it boils down to the game’s fast-paced nature. Getting into a session is extremely quick despite servers hosting up to 100 players. It generally takes less than a minute to find a new game, so even if you’re among the first players to die, it’s not long before you’re back in the action. Once you’re in, continual shrinkage of the safe zone herds players closer and closer together, guaranteeing frequent conflict....

Razer Blade Stealth Mid 2017 Review Razer S Ultrabook Take 3

The most significant change is the new display, which pushes up to 13.3-inches in size, bringing with it slimmer bezels and a higher resolution. The 3200 x 1800 panel is remarkably sharp, bright, and delivers colors that pop. The new trackpad is even better than before, and when combined with the great keyboard and touchscreen display, there’s no shortage of superb input options on this laptop. The selection of ports is decent as well, particularly the inclusion of Thunderbolt 3 (which doubles as a charging port) and full-sized HDMI....

Resident Evil 4 Hd Texture Mod Released After 8 Years In Development

Since 2014, two modders have been working to retexture the entirety of Capcom’s influential 2005 third-person survival horror shooter, Resident Evil 4. While playable versions of the HD texture mod have been released before, Cris and Albert have just released the first fully complete version. Capcom originally designed Resident Evil 4 for old CRT televisions in standard definition. While Capcom’s re-releases for PC and modern consoles can render the game in HD and 4K, the company has done relatively little to upgrade the original low-resolution textures....

Roundup 5 Way Radeon R9 280X Battle Benchmarks Overclocking Performance

The Gigabyte R9 280X WindForce 3X OC delivered the best core overclock reaching 1200MHz. However, the HIS R9 280X iPower IceQ X² Turbo was able to deliver the same performance with its 1195/1700MHz overclock. The weakest overclocker was the Asus R9 280X DirectCU II TOP with a core clock of 1160MHz, though its GDDR5 memory hit an amazing 1800MHz. The Sapphire Vapor-X Tri-X OC R9 280X was also weak when it came to custom overclocking performance with only 1165MHz on the core....

Rumored Flagship Nvidia Lovelace Card To Pack 48Gb Of Gddr6X 18 176 Cuda Cores And 800W Tdp

Regular leaker kopite7kimi posted a tweet about what he appropriately nicknamed “the beast.” The card is supposedly based on a new PG137-SKU0 board design, rather than the PG139 expected to be utilized by the RTX 4090, and could be the first to feature a triple-fan reference cooler from Nvidia. kopite7kimi believes the card will pack an AD102-450-A1 GPU featuring 142 streaming multiprocessors (SMs) on 18,176 CUDA cores. That’s still a cut-down version of the full-fat AD102 GPU, which packs 144 SMs on 18,432 CUDA cores....

Ryzen 7 2700X Vs Core I7 8700K 35 Game Benchmark Putting It All Together

First up we have the 720p results and the standout here, the outlier if you will, is CS:GO where the 8700K was 52% faster. The 8700K shouldn’t be that much faster, it’s clocked just 19% higher and only have a very small IPC advantage, we’re talking a few percent at most. The Ryzen 5 2600 compared well to the lower clocked Core i5-8400 in CS:GO but the faster memory and higher clock speeds of the 8700K take this to the next level....

Ryzen 7 5800X Vs Core I7 11700K Vs Ryzen 7 2700X

At the time, we felt for gaming the Core i7-8700K was probably a better choice as it was faster in almost every instance and it was roughly the same price. For those building a high-end gaming system, the non-X Ryzen was also compelling at $300, but if you were after maximum gaming performance, again the Intel CPU seemed like the way to go. That said, for more affordable gaming setups the Ryzen 5 2600 was a great value option and one that we frequently recommended....

Samsung 470 Series 256Gb Ssd Review

Shortly after, towards the end of 2008 newer drives started to surface carrying a controller from Indilinx called “Barefoot”, most notable of which was the OCZ Vertex series. The Barefoot controller closed the performance gap on the Intel X25-M while reducing SSD prices at the same time. Further down the track around mid-2009 a new breed of solid-state drives started to emerge based on a Samsung controller (code-name S3C29RBB01-YK40). OCZ were quick to jump on it releasing the Summit series....

Samsung Ssd 850 Evo 500Gb Review Benchmarks File Copy Test

The Samsung SSD 850 Evo was 33% faster than the previous 840 Evo model with a throughput of 267MB/s. That said it was still 9% slower than the Crucial MX100 when copying a single large file. This time we only saw a 7% performance improvement when going from the old 840 Evo to the new 850 Evo. This meant that the 850 Evo was 12% slower than the Crucial MX100....

Samsung T1 Portable Ssd Review Benchmarks Crystaldiskmark 3 0

The sequential read performance above shows the Samsung T1 500GB reaching 417MB/s – not far from the claimed 450MB/s. The sequential write performance is lower and further off the 450MB/s target but a throughput of 385MB/s for a USB 3.0 device is still something to behold. With 367MB/s in the random 512K read performance, the T1 is at least 80% faster than the fastest thumb drive we’ve ever tested here....

Singularity Gpu Cpu Performance In Depth Testing Methodology

Upon first run we found it odd that the graphics on Singularity looked very low-res. Something was definitely wrong and because we were able to test the game before its official U.S. release we suspected it could be related to a driver bug. Eventually we learned that there is a bug with texture loading that is present in the shipping version of the game. Singularity features very few loading screens throughout its ten-hour campaign as it takes advantage of Unreal’s streaming technology....

Sony Ericsson Xperia Play Smartphone Review Messaging App Store Browser

The basic version of Android 2.3 Gingerbread available on the Xperia PLAY for Verizon does not offer much in the way of advanced messaging features. The SMS client is good, and offers threaded messaging among other features, though it is a little sparse looking and does not have the flash of other clients. The PLAY has Android 2.3.2, which means the Google Talk client does not support voice and video calls with the front-facing camera....
