The results were taken with an ambient room temperature of 21 degrees. For the stress test we left 3DMark’s ‘Sky Diver’ test on loop for 20 minutes. We then waited another five minutes and recoreded the lowest temperature as the idle temp. At idle the system ran cool at a little over 30 degrees for the CPU and GPU. Under load temperatures naturally climbed quite dramatically, though they stayed well within acceptable limits....

When testing with CrystalDiskMark the Corsair P Series 128GB again matched the performance of the OCZ Summit. The sequential performance of the Corsair P Series is far greater when compared to the OCZ Vertex Turbo, or any of the Indilinx Barefoot SSDs for that matter. The read performance on the other hand favors the Indilinx Barefoot SSDs, while the Intel X25-M produced the best absolute result. According to an update to a Linux repository that Intel made themselves, found by Japanese outlet Coelacanth Dream, the Alder Lake-based Atom processors will reverse the trend and have up to eight e-cores and no p-cores. In the update, which contains a partial boot log of an Alder Lake-N part, Intel describes the Atom processors as having two quad-core clusters of e-cores with 2 MB of L2 cache each and a shared L3 cache of an undisclosed size....
