In most of our tests the HTC 10 produced slightly above average battery life, passing the important five-hour barrier on our browsing tests, which tends to indicate a phone will last through a day of moderate usage without significant issues. The battery life is still behind the best smartphones out there, such as the Galaxy S7 Edge with its 3,600 mAh cell, but I don’t see any reason to complain about the stamina of this device.

The HTC 10 is also an extremely fast charger thanks to Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. A full charge through the included charger takes a little over an hour and a half, but you can expect to charge from 20% to 80% in just 40 minutes, putting it right at the top of our charts.
