The standard GTX 780 Ti delivered 77.2fps at 2560x1600 in Battlefield 3, 19% faster than the GTX 780, 14% faster than the R9 290X and 17% faster than the R9 290. Expanding on that, Gigabyte’s GTX 780 Ti OC averaged 83.6fps for a 23% lead over the R9 290X and 26% on the non-X version as well as 15% over the GTX 780 GHz Edition, which was still 12% faster than the normal GTX 780 and 7-10% faster than the 290s.
When testing Battlefield 4 at 2560x1600, the GTX 780 Ti averaged 35.7fps for a 20% improvement over the GTX 780, though it was 8% slower than the R9 290X and 2% slower than the R9 290, which were outclassed by the GTX 780 Ti OC, even if only by 1% and 8%. Gigabyte’s overclocked Ti was also 29% faster than the normal GTX 780 and 780 Ti, while its GHz Edition offered 34.7fps for 3% less frames than the GTX 780 Ti OC, 10% less than the R9 290X and 4% less than the R9 290.
